Once you have received your order confirmation via email you can expect your order from the following times; 1 Business Day - Brisbane  1-2 Business Days – Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Regional QLD 3-5 Business Days – Perth, Darwin, Hobart, Regional NSW, Regional VIC, Regional ACT 5-6 Business Days – Regional SA, Regional NT, Regional WA, Regional TAS Returns 1. Returned goods will only be accepted by Lifestyle Endurance if an RGA (Return Goods Authorisation) number has been issued and RGA documentation is returned with the goods, goods will not be accepted without it. 2. Returned goods will only be credited or replaced if they are deemed to be covered by warranty, or meet our trading terms and conditions regarding product returns/damaged goods policy. 3. Returned goods that are deemed to be not covered by warranty will be sent back to the customer. No credit or replacement will be issued in such cases. Any freight costs involved in such cases shall be the responsibility of the person or organisation attempting to return the goods.
